Plasma Multi-Omics in Response to Long-Term Low-Dose Ionizing Radiation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study performed quantitative plasma proteomics on 5 radiation-exposed workers and 5 healthy controls using high-resolution LC-MS/MS (Orbitrap Exploris 480). Proteins were extracted, reduced, alkylated, trypsin-digested, and analyzed in DDA mode. Data was processed with Spectronaut 14 using dynamic iRT prediction, 1% FDR filtering, and top3 peptide quantification. Differentially expressed proteins between groups were identified using Welch's ANOVA (p<0.05, FC>1.5) to investigate the impact of occupational radiation exposure.
