4D label-free N-glycoproteomics of milk fat globule membrane proteins reveal distinct profiles between yak colostrum and mature milk


ABSTRACT: By comparing these two physiologically distinct milk types, this study aimed to identify variations in protein composition and glycosylation patterns. These findings may also inform the development of functional dairy products and support the identification of potential nutritional and immunological biomarkers.
