ABSTRACT: Collect the salivary glands of Aedes aegypti that were injected with AaaaNAT1 dsRNA, injected with GUS dsRNA, subjected to blood feeding, and untreated, respectively. Perform proteomic analysis on these four samples to reveal the role of aaNAT1 in the salivary glands of Aedes aegypti and the changes in salivary gland proteins after blood feeding, using the proteomics data.
