Study on Plasma Exosome Protein Markers in Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients Based on Label-free Quantitative Proteomics Technology

ABSTRACT: A total of 12 patients hospitalized for chest pain were enrolled in this study. Based on diagnostic findings, they were categorized into either the myocardial infarction group or the control group. Plasma exosomes were isolated from both groups and subjected to label-free quantitative proteomic analysis.
