Inhibition of FTO suppresses the proliferation of sCLc in a YTHDF2-dependent manner
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigates the role of the fat mass and obesity-associated protein(FTO),an m6A RNA demethylase,in small cell lung cancer(SCLC).LC-MS sequencing was performed to evaluate the protein changes in SCLC cell lines H69 and H82 following treatment with the selective FTO inhibitors, FB23-2. Cells were treated with the inhibitors under defined conditions . The resulting dataset provides valuable insight into the downstream molecular effects ofFTO inhibition in SCLC and may contribute to the identification of potential therapeutic targets in this highly aggressive tumor type.
