Proteomic profiling of mesenchymal stem cells and alveolar epithelial cells in a coculture system

ABSTRACT: This project comprises quantitative proteomic datasets generated from human umbilical cord–derived mesenchymal stem cells and MLE-12 alveolar epithelial cells cultured in a coculture system. Proteomic analyses were performed to characterize cell type–specific proteomic changes following coculture, with corresponding monoculture cells used as controls.
