Mechanisms of Etomidate Addiction and Neuro-Hepatic Toxicity: Molecular Pathway Analysis Based on Multi-Omics Integration
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This dataset contains brain and liver multi-omics data from male SPF C57BL/6 mice exposed to etomidate or vehicle (35% propylene glycol). Mice were assigned to five groups: chronic control (vehicle, 14 days), low-dose (etomidate 3 mg/kg, 14 days), high-dose (etomidate 6 mg/kg, 14 days), acute control (single vehicle), and acute-death (single etomidate 100 mg/kg). Brain and liver tissues were collected for DIA-based quantitative proteomics (Bruker nanoElute 2 + timsTOF Pro 2, DIA-PASEF; Spectronaut v19) and PRM validation (SpectroDive), and for untargeted metabolomics (UHPLC-Q-TOF, AB SCIEX TripleTOF 5600; mzXML + XCMS).
