Mouse Primary Macrophages: rBDNF IP-MS

ABSTRACT: Incubation of exogenous rBDNF in primary macrophages, followed by co-immunoprecipitation to enrich BDNF and its interacting proteins. The samples were eluted, enzymatically digested, and then subjected to LC-MS/MS for peptide identification, yielding BDNF interactome proteomic information.
