Proteomic analysis of aging mice retina

ABSTRACT: This project presents a comprehensive quantitative proteomic analysis of retinal aging in mice. Retinal tissues were collected from young and naturally aged mice and subjected to tandem mass tag (TMT)-based mass spectrometry to systematically characterize age-associated proteomic alterations. Differentially expressed proteins were identified to uncover key regulatory networks involved in retinal aging.
