Identification of phosphorylation sites of MdRAX2


ABSTRACT: This project aims to identify the phosphorylation sites of MdRAX2 using LC-MS/MS),MdRAX2, a key regulatory protein in plant immune response, undergoes phosphorylation as part of its functional activation.The identification of these phosphorylation sites will provide insights into the molecular mechanisms governing plant immunity and MdRAX2’s function in stress responses.
