IP-MS data for identifying potential ferroptosis-associated and ISG15-related transcription factors


ABSTRACT: Nuclear proteins were extracted from relative ferroptosis-resistant cell (A549) with or without the treatment of erastin (10 μM, 10 hours) and immunoprecipitated by anti-ISG15 antibody for LC-MS/MS proteomics analysis to identify potential ferroptosis-associated and ISG15-related transcription factors.
