Project description:The project developed an efficient strategy to identify the biofilm-forming risk by psychrotrophic Pseudomonas in raw milk based on MALDI-TOF MS.
Project description:This PXD project contains two projects published on ProteomicsDB (https://www.proteomicsDB.org) as integral part of the publication. The first project entitled 'human body map' (https://www.proteomicsdb.org/#projects/42) involves the analysis of 36 different human tissues and body fluids. The second project entitled 'Cellzome adopted' includes a collection of raw files which comprises identifications of 'missing proteins'.
Project description:Observational, Multicenter, Post-market, Minimal risk, Prospective data collection of PillCam SB3 videos (including PillCam reports) and raw data files and optional collection of Eneteroscopy reports
Project description:RAW-Rv3722c and RAW-Vector cells were collected for RNA extraction and subject to transcriptome sequencing. Expression levels of all genes in the two cell lines were determined by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
Project description:This dataset includes the raw single-cell RNAseq data from Math1-Cre;SmoM2 and Math1-Cre;SmoM2;Piezo2 fl/fl mouse medulloblastoma model. In this project, we focused on transcriptomic alteration caused by Piezo2 knockout in Sox2 positive MB initiation cells.
Project description:RAW cells,ABHD5-KD RAW cells or those macrophage-primed CT-26 cells were subjected to microarray assays. Each group contain 3 samples.
Project description:This dataset includes the raw single-cell RNAseq data from Xenograft GBM tumor (G411)-bearing NSG mice model treated with either control peptide K59-78TAT or designer peptide K90-114TAT and raw bulk RNAseq data from GBM cell (G411)-neuron coculture model treated with either control peptide K59-78TAT or designer peptide K90-114TAT. In this project, we focused on transcriptomic alteration caused by designer peptide in tumor cells.
Project description:The N-glycome was mapped and visualised on formalin-fixed mouse kidney tissue using an ultrafleXtreme MALDI-ToF/ToF MS instrument (Bruker Daltonics).
