Mechanism of Enterococcus faecalis JM263 in Alleviating High Copper Diet (HCD)-Induced Injury Based on Proteomic Analysis


ABSTRACT: This dataset contains hepatic proteomics data of goats (Capra hircus). The present study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms by which E. faecalis JM263 alleviates high-concentrate diet (HCD)-induced liver injury via the gut-liver axis. Liver tissue samples were collected from different experimental groups: the control group (CON), the HCD group, and the HCD group supplemented with E. faecalis JM263. This dataset focuses specifically on changes in the liver proteome, with the objective of identifying differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) associated with inflammation, oxidative stress, and arachidonic acid metabolism.
