LC-MS/MS proteomics data for identifying anti-ferroptosis regulators


ABSTRACT: Cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins were extracted from relative ferroptosis-resistant cell (A549) and relative ferroptosis-sensitive cell (Calu-1) with or without the treatment of erastin (10 μM, 10 hours) for LC-MS/MS proteomics analysis to identify potential anti-ferroptosis regulators that entered nucleus from cytoplasm under ferroptosis induction.
