Proteomic Profiling of Komagataeibacter xylinus P1 during 48/96h static fermentation


ABSTRACT: This project contains raw mass spectrometry data (DIA) and metadata for the proteomic analysis of Komagataeibacter xylinus P1. The strain was cultured statically in a chemically defined medium with sucrose as the carbon source for 48/96 hours. These data support research findings on gene functions in bacterial cellulose biosynthesis.
