A phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination switch orchestrates nuclear immune reprogramming

ABSTRACT: The nuclear localization of OsGF14f is crucial for blast resistance. To understand how OsGF14f functions in the nucleus to modulate blast resistance, we identified OsGF14f-interacting proteins by LC-MS/MS assays with OsGF14f-GFP plants. Among the candidate proteins, a nuclear-localized protein was OsWRKY42.
