ABSTRACT: This study aimed to elucidate the key molecular mechanisms by which cocaine- and amphetamine-regulated transcript peptide (CART) regulates the fate of bovine follicular granulosa cells. Using primary bovine granulosa cells as an in vitro model, we systematically analyzed the proteomic profile changes following CART treatment through tandem mass tag (TMT)-based quantitative proteomics.
