Proteomic for influenza A virus infected airway ciliated cell
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This project presents a comprehensive quantitative proteomics study to define how influenza A virus H1N1 infection remodels host protein expression and related cellular pathways in airway ciliated cells. The experimental design employs differentiated HBEC cultures infected with H1N1 PR8‑EGFP virus or mock-treated, followed by fluorescence‑activated cell sorting (FACS) of infected EGFP+ ciliated cells for comparative proteomic analysis.
