Identification of Mas-interacting proteins in mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages under metabolic-inflammatory stimulation by co-immunoprecipitation coupled with LC-MS/MS-based shotgun proteomics

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains shotgun proteomics data generated from mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) stimulated with LPS and palmitate (LPS/PA) to mimic metabolic-inflammatory stress. Mas-interacting proteins were immunoprecipitated using an anti-Mas antibody, and the precipitated protein complexes were analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) on a Q Exactive HF-X mass spectrometer. Peptides were identified by database searching against the mouse proteome.
