4D Label-Free Quantitative Proteomics Elucidates Differences in Oil Quality Metabolite Accumulation between Olive Cultivars CG-32 and Koroneiki


ABSTRACT: A proteomic study of olive fruits based on 4D Label-free technology was conducted to comprehensively analyze the changes in protein expression profiles among different olive cultivars, and to reveal the key protein functions and regulatory mechanisms associated with olive growth, development and fruit oil quality.
