Thermal proteomic data of Phaeodactylum tricornutum
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Here, we performed a proteomic analysis to investigate the regulatory role of CSN5 in the adaptation of the model diatom Phaeodactylum tricornutum to high-temperature stress. Wild-type (WT) and CSN5 knockout mutant strains were exposed to both optimal (20°C) and elevated (28°C) temperatures for seven days, after which their proteomic profiles were examined.
