Global proteomic profiling of L929 cells following MDM2 knockdown

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to characterize global proteome changes induced by MDM2 knockdown in L929 mouse fibroblast cells. Whole-cell lysates from mock-treated control cells and MDM2 knockdown cells were subjected to label-free quantitative proteomic analysis using high-resolution LC–MS/MS. The resulting dataset provides a comprehensive resource for investigating MDM2-regulated protein networks and pathways.
