Mass Spectrometry Identification of LncRNA606938 Interacting Proteins
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study aims to systematically identify protein molecules that specifically interact with the long non-coding RNA LncRNA606938 using mass spectrometry technology, thereby revealing its potential biological functions and molecular regulatory mechanisms. An RNA pull-down assay strategy was employed, involving in vitro transcription and labeling of LncRNA606938 as bait to enrich specifically bound protein complexes from cell lysates. The eluted complexes were subsequently analyzed using high-resolution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Through database alignment and bioinformatics analysis, candidate proteins interacting with LncRNA606938 were identified. A protein-protein interaction network associated with LncRNA606938 was constructed, providing key clues for further exploration of its involvement in specific biological processes such as transcriptional regulation, RNA processing, and signal transduction.
