ABSTRACT: The precise proteomic and glycoproteomic in fracture hematoma and their clinical significance are unknown. This study performed precise proteomic and N-glycoproteomic analyses of fracture hematoma from both young and elderly patients, and identified many osteogenic-related proteins and their complete N-glycopeptides for the first time, providing new insights into the mechanisms of bone regeneration.
