ABSTRACT: This study utilized an integrative 4D-DIA proteomic and transcriptomic approach to systematically analyze the testicular tissues of yaks in 6 months old (Y6M), 18 months old (Y18M), and 4 years old (Y4Y), with the aim of screening key proteins that may regulate testicular development and spermatogenesis.
