Effects of Hydroquinone on Protein Expression Profiles in DMSO-Differentiated HL-60 Neutrophil-Like Cells: A TMT-Based Quantitative Proteomic Study
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: HL-60 cells were treated with 1% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) for 48 hours to establish neutrophil-like cell models. The obtained cells were then exposed to 50 μmol/L hydroquinone for 24 hours. TMT-based proteomic analysis was performed to detect and analyze the protein expression profiles of the DMSO-induced cells and hydroquinone-treated cells respectively.
