ABSTRACT: This project contains immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry data generated to identify proteins associated with MOF and characterize the MOF-centered protein interaction network. MOF immunoprecipitation was performed followed by LC-MS/MS analysis. The dataset provides a resource for studying MOF-interacting partners and their potential regulatory functions.
