Effect of knocking out TP53 in cancer-associated fibroblasts in hepatocellular carcinoma on the expression of exosome proteins
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To examine the impact of TP53 knockout in cancer-associated fibroblasts on the progression of liver cancer, we conducted a study wherein cancer-associated fibroblasts were collected and subjected to TP53 knockout. Subsequently, we isolated exosomes secreted by these cells and performed proteomic analysis to assess changes in exosomal protein expression.
