A proteolipidomic atlas of the aorta delineates temporally distinct membrane lipid-protein functional collectives across the human life cycle
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Herein, we constructed a time-resolved proteolipidomic atlas of the aorta across the human life cycle, comprising 39 embryonic tissues from 13 to 39 weeks of gestation, and 51 non-diseased postnatal tissues from participants aged between 11 to 68 years. Trans-omics integration revealed a series of lipid-protein functional collectives corresponding to distinct physiological requirements at specific life stages.
