ABSTRACT: This dataset contains lysine lactylation proteomics data generated from G2/M-synchronized sorafenib-resistant HepG2 cells using a 4D DIA LC-MS/MS workflow. Lactylated peptides were enriched and analyzed to characterize lactylation events associated with G2/M. The dataset provides a resource for identifying lactylated substrates in the context of cell cycle regulation.
