ABSTRACT: In this study, 4D-Fast DIA quantitative proteomics and succinylation modification proteomics analysis of 12 human pancreatic cancer samples. This project aims to investigate the differences in protein expression and succinylation modification patterns between pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The samples are divided into two groups: cancer group and adjacent normal tissue group, with six biological replicates in each group.
