Mass spectrometry–based identification of potential phosphorylation sites on SPINDOC

ABSTRACT: FLAG-tagged SPINDOC was overexpressed in HEK293T cells, which were subsequently synchronized at M phase or G1/S phase. Cells were harvested and FLAG-SPINDOC was enriched by anti-FLAG immunoprecipitation, followed by mass spectrometry–based identification of potential phosphorylation sites.
