Quinoline compounds treated bladder cancer for proteomics sequencing


ABSTRACT: This quinoline compound induces mitotic catastrophe in bladder cancer cells, disrupts spindle assembly and chromosome segregation, causes abnormal mitotic arrest and multinucleation, thereby inhibiting cell proliferation and triggering cell death to exert antitumor effects.
