Proteomic profiling of exosomes derived from gastric cancer-associated fibroblasts

ABSTRACT: To investigate how CLIC-2 influences the protein expression profiles of CAF-derived exosomes, Label-free proteomic analysis was performed on exosomes derived from human cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs). CAFs were transduced with either an empty control vector (ad-Vector, n=3) or a CLIC2-overexpressing vector (ad-CLIC2, n=3). Differentially expressed proteins between the two groups were subsequently analyzed.
