Quantitative O-GlcNAc proteome reveals OGT-mediated post-translational regulatory network in canine osteosarcoma cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study performed label-free O-GlcNAc modified proteomics on canine osteosarcoma cell lines, including MC control group and shOGT knockdown group with 3 biological replicates per group. TimsTOF Pro mass spectrometry was used to identify differentially O-GlcNAcylated proteins, exploring the regulatory role of OGT in canine osteosarcoma progression.
