Platelet proteomic profiling during active- and sleep-phase ischemic stroke in mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This project contains mass spectrometry-based platelet proteomic data generated from mice under active-phase sham, sleep-phase sham, active-phase permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion and sleep-phase permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion conditions. The study was designed to investigate how activity–sleep state and cerebral ischemic challenge reshape the platelet proteome. Comparative proteomic analysis was used to identify sleep-phase- and ischemia-associated changes in platelet functional programs, with particular focus on ribosomal structural proteins, mitochondrial dynamics, mitochondrial respiratory proteins and pathways related to platelet activation and thrombosis.
