Differential proteomics of mango varieties with different resistance levels infected by Bacterial Black Spot Disease
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Mango bacterial black spot (MBBS) disease caused by Xanthomonas citri pv, was used to infect the high-resistance mango cultivar Aomang and the low-resistance cultivar Guifei, and leaves were collected on days 6 and 12 for proteomic analysis.Proteomics revealed cultivar-specific metabolic responses: Guifei downregulated pathways early, while Aomang activated defense-related proteins initially, then broadly downregulated pathways by day 12
ORGANISM(S): Xanthomonas Citri Pv. Mangiferaeindicae Bcrc 13182
