16α-Hydroxydehydrotrametenolic acid Blocks MDA-MB-231 Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Progression via Regulating Integrin β1/c-Met Signaling and Glycolysis


ABSTRACT: This study performed DIA-based quantitative proteomics on xenograft tumor tissues from nude mice, including Vehicle control group and HDTRA-H treatment group with 3 biological replicates each. Differentially expressed proteins were screened to explore the regulatory mechanism of HDTRA on glucose metabolism and glycolytic flux in triple-negative breast cancer cells.
