Comparative proteomic analysis of porcine serum between experimental and control groups


ABSTRACT: This project contains LC-MS/MS-based proteomic data generated from porcine serum samples. Protein identification and quantitative analyses were performed to characterize the serum proteome and investigate differential protein expression among experimental groups.
