Proteomic analysis of Rhodococcus qingshengii PM1 under selenite stress

ABSTRACT: This project contains DIA-based quantitative proteomic data of Rhodococcus qingshengii PM1 under sodium selenite stress. The strain was cultured in LB medium with or without 50 mM Na₂SeO₃, and three biological replicates were included for each group. The dataset includes raw LC-MS/MS files, protein identification results, quantitative protein profiles, and differential protein expression analysis. These data were generated to investigate the proteomic response and potential selenite reduction mechanisms of R. qingshengii PM1.
