Comparative proteomic profiling of NMUiPSCs and NMUiECs

ABSTRACT: Nanovesicles were generated from human induced pluripotent stem cells and human iPSC-derived endothelial cells. Proteins extracted from these nanovesicle samples were subjected to mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis. The resulting protein abundance profiles were compared between NMUiPSCs and NMUiECs to identify differentially enriched proteins and endothelial lineage-associated proteomic signatures.
