ABSTRACT: DIAPH3 is a well-characterized actin nucleator that assembles linear, unbranched actin filaments and regulates cytoskeletal dynamics essential for cell shape, adhesion, and motility. Here, we report the DIAPH3 interactome in prostate cancer (PCa) cells as defined by immunoprecipitation and mass spectrometry (IP-MS).
