ABSTRACT: To investigate the mechanism by which GPR75 promotes metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), we performed proteomic analysis onIiver tissues from HFD-fedmice. To identify GPR75 interacting proteins,mmunopredipitationcoupled wth mass spectrometry (IP-MS) was conducted.The SCIEX Triple TOF 5600+ mass spectrometer was used in an information-dependent mode (IDA)to automaticaly swich between MS and MS/MS spectra. Data were analyzed using ProteinPlot software (SCIEX. Concord. ON.Canada) and the UniProrkEdatabase.
