A cell-surface dual receptor-transporter supercomplex integrates peptide and auxin signaling to drive canalization


ABSTRACT: Self-organized vascular patterning requires auxin transport routes to be established, refined, and restored. A BAM-TMK cell-surface module integrates CLE peptide and auxin signaling with PIN1-dependent transport, coordinating auxin canalization with vascular development and regeneration.
