Proteomic Profiling of Left Ventricular Myocardium in a High-Fat Diet and STZ-Induced Mouse Model of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

ABSTRACT: This project investigates protein expression alterations in the left ventricular myocardium of a high-fat diet and streptozotocin-induced mouse model of diabetic cardiomyopathy. Proteomic analysis was performed using data-independent acquisition LC–MS/MS on an Orbitrap Exploris 480 platform. Raw data were processed with Spectronaut, and differentially expressed proteins were identified using fold-change and multiple-testing-adjusted significance thresholds.
