Combined transcriptome and proteomic analysis provides the insights into Ralstonia solanacearum pathogenicity debilitation


ABSTRACT: Ralstonia solanacearum can cause devastating bacterial wilt (BW) disease on more than 400 host plants. The pathogenicity debilitation can be found in R. solanacearum under environment stress and subculture. Avirulent R. solanacearum has exhibited good potential for the biocontrol of BW disease. In this study, we will reveal molecular mechanisms underlying pathogenicity debilitation of R. solanacearum by combining transcriptome and proteomic analysis; and provide a new scientific basis for biocontrol of bacteri
