PYCR2 interacts with AKR1C1 and promotes the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma by activating the PPAR/EMT signaling pathway

ABSTRACT: Select HepG2 normal control group cells for the immunoprecipitation experiment. PYCR2 is used as the IP antibody to bind the protein. The gel strips are treated with Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining, and the bound regions are cropped and labeled as P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6. Protein interaction mass spectrometry detection is then performed.

Project description:Bacterially purified His-ADSL proteins on Ni-NTA agarose beads were incubated with or without active PKCε in the presence of ATP for an in vitro kinase assay. After centrifugation, the agarose beads were collected and mixed with 30 μL of SDS-PAGE sample loading buffer. The samples were then separated by SDS-PAGE and visualized by Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining.
