DIA proteomic profiling of passage-associated remodeling in M1TC-Braf murine thyroid cancer cells

ABSTRACT: Data-independent acquisition mass spectrometry was used to profile the proteomes of M1TC-Braf murine thyroid cancer epithelial cells at passages 10 and 23, with three biological replicates per group. The dataset was generated to characterize passage-associated proteomic remodeling and to support exploratory cross-omic comparison with RNA-seq data obtained from passage 8 and passage 21 cells.
