Quantitative proteomic profiling of DDX20 knockdown versus control groups in human 293T cells and mouse C18-4 spermatogonial cells


ABSTRACT: We performed label-free quantitative proteomics to investigate global protein expression changes upon DDX20 knockdown. Two cell models were included: human HEK293T cells and mouse C18-4 spermatogonial progenitor cells. Each cell line contains DDX20 knockdown group and negative control group to explore conserved and cell-type-specific proteomic alterations regulated by DDX20.
