Comparative proteomics of lactic acid bacteria and their extracellular vesicles

ABSTRACT: This project presents comparative proteomic analyses of whole-cell lysates and extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from two lactic acid bacteria strains isolated from fermented Yucha: Lacticaseibacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei GDMCC 66588 and Lactiplantibacillus pentosus GDMCC 66589, analyzed by DIA-MS-based quantitative proteomics.
